All reservations at Silkwood Hotel are subject to availability and formal confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable deposits, room rates, and incidental charges directly to the card on file.

Rates are quoted in local currency unless otherwise specified and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. We reserve the right to amend rates without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of reservation.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in time is from 14:00 local time.
• Check-out time is prior to 11:00 local time.
• Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Modifications

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Standard cancellation terms apply to protect both our guests and our operations.

Standard reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.

No-shows or early departures will be charged for the full duration of the reserved stay.

Guest Conduct

To ensure a calm stay for all our guests, we enforce a strict code of conduct. Silkwood Hotel is a four-star house in Ikeja GRA, designed for rest, meetings, and an easy visit to Lagos.

Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and fellow visitors with respect. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or damage to the premises will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask any guest to vacate the property immediately, without refund, should their behavior compromise the experience or safety of others.
